For the design of villages and houses it is important to provide structures, in which communities, villages and houses can develop in their own way. These structures will define frameworks, within which the interactionstake place. The unexpected will not only be tolerated, but far more, this concept approbiate fort he livelyness, dynamic, tempo and unforeseeable of a contemporary society.
Due tot he demographic development in the area, it must be ous goal with the possibility of expension.

"A house hast o be like a tree: it must be able to grow and spread out, must offer a place for children, storage, cattle and work." Fr. Windey

The basic concept in the living quater consists of a module measuring 3,0 by 3,0 meters. The frame oft he houses is supported by steel pipes and has a total surface of 90m2, containing ample space for a family. If necessary more units can be added, because there is plenty of free of the terrace. The concept allows ist dwellers a high degree of flexibility space regarding the dimensions oft he building and living space, allowing a later expension oft he living area and more space for domestic animals, if needed. A permanent feature oft he project is flexibility. For instance the choice of natural construction materials, depending on local availability.
Consequently, we can optimize costs and shorten the construction time thanks to a higher percentage of prefab parts with local material. Nevertheless, the core oft he construction should be carried out by a professional company. A better quality of building and more cooperation from the dwellers at the construction site are also expected results.
The plan oft he modell-village in question includes 20 houses and a community house with baths and toilet.
